Following updated Government advice regarding coronavirus COVID-19, all one off, Council organised events in Poole Park are cancelled until the end of May. Please contact individual organisers, such as parkrun, for more information on the status of their more regular, planned events. We will keep you updated with any changes and/or further closures taking place in the Park
The cancellations include the scheduled Parkstone library talk on 1st April, guided walk on 8th April and use of the information kiosk as a drop-in point.
At this time the construction works are still scheduled to go ahead but could be at risk of being postponed if Government advice is changed. A revised programme of scheduled road closures and impact on park users will be posted when available. In the meantime Aggregate Industries will continue to set up site compounds etc on Westfield ahead of works starting in earnest next week.
