Poole Park will host its second community Fun Day & Arts Exhibition in and around the Cricket Pavilion on 2nd August.

The exhibition is aimed at encouraging the local community to explore the many elements of Poole Park and utilise it as a resource through which to develop their artistic skills!

For example:

  • Create a landscape painting based on the park’s open views, which were a key part of the park’s original design
  • Create a sculpture or print of the varied wildlife based in the park
  • Create a photo montage of the park’s trees and their different shapes
  • Build a model based on the eagles found on top of the park’s entrance gates

Or create your own ideas and artistic methods.

The Arts Exhibition includes art competitions, displays from local groups and arts activities, for all ages and abilities.

Can you help with the event?
